Korg DS-8 pure
This demo i made with audiotracks in Logic sequencer. Every sound is a audiotrack. All sounds drums fx etc. are pure from Korg DS-8. No add of external FX, or dynamic FX. Korg DS-8 have build in a simply FX-processor. Some sounds are layers from Multimode. The Korg DS-8 is a FM-Synthesizer, 4OP, 1FB, pitch. No samples. Special is the easy editing of the FM-synthesis, like a subtractive synthesizer you simply change parameters like: wave, brilliance, envelope, lfo etc... Powerfully also is the unisono-mode with the 8 voices. I was build in Logic a one-way editor for Korg 707, later some adds for DS-8. DS-8 ist 707+FX. With my editor i overdrived some interessting parameters. As example, unisono detune so i can more detune. But it's difficult, in this clip you later see the blinking DS-8 ... it maybe has a midi-overflow ;-) See and listen more at www.deepsonic.ch
